Hi all,

My brother and I are planning a trip to hunt PG in 2027. He has been before on a similar trip before (RSA) but this will be my first trip to Africa.

We are open to any area, prefer free range/wide hunting areas to small, fenced farms, hoping for 5-7 days hunting and preferred species are Kudu, Oryx, Wildebest (Blue or Black) and other Plains Game. I have always wanted to hunt Cape Buffalo but suspect I might have to leave that til a later trip when the hunting fund is looking healthier, but could be tempted for the right price.

Would welcome advice from any forum members that have done a similar trip, or any outfitters that could put something together for us.

Greetings Red_Stag,

When you have a spare minute, I invite you to take a look into the Khomas Safaris web site.

Cheers,
Velo Dog.

No matter which REPUTABLE safari company you end up booking with, you will have fun.
7 days spent hunting in Africa will go by like 7 minutes.

hi sir

i sent you a dm, look forward to your response

sounds like @KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS on low fence cattle ranches would be perfect for yall.

Large oryx are incredibly abundant. It is something to see! And they are priced very low because of the free range numbers.

These are low fence native oryx. Proper hunting. Kudu have great genetics here but are still the grey “ghost” of the Khomas mountains. They have free ranging blue wildebeast as well. Hartmanns zebra is my favorite hunt. Lots of special NATIVE free range game. Unique value and hunt for sure

Dm me if you have may questions and want my honest reviews. I think you would love this hunt. @KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS

Welcome to the forum. @JKO HUNTING SAFARIS has an area in South Africa that is fenced, however it is a perimeter only fence with some 100,000 acres inside the fence. This ranch has all of the species you're looking for including both blue and black wildebeest. There is also a herd of self sustaining buffalo on the property and various other PG species.

My contact information is in my signature, please let me know if you have any questions.

Red Stag- Kalahari Safari would love the opportunity to welcome you to Kalahari Safari in Namibia.
If you are considering where to hunt in Africa, Namibia offers one of the most authentic and safest safari experiences on the continent. The vast, open landscapes of the Kalahari Desert provide true free-range hunting, with excellent quality game and the chance to experience Africa the way it was meant to be seen.
Hunting with Janneman at Kalahari Safari is personal and owner-operated. Only one group is hosted at a time, so the focus is completely on you. With 19 carefully managed species available, the experience is tailored, relaxed, and built around creating a meaningful African memory rather than a rushed commercial hunt.
It is a place especially suited to a small group, like two brothers, who want a special, genuine African safari surrounded by wilderness, good hosting, and honest Namibian hospitality.. Look forward to put a special hunt together for you for 2027. Contact me Janneman on info@kalahari-safari.com
