  • Again thank you for your input on non com bullets. You mentioned the 260gr. SOCOM and posted pics of the bwb. (Great heart shot btw). A number of manufacturers call some of their bullets SOCOM, exactly which one were you referring to ?

Thanks, I always enjoy your posts.

    Hey Phil!
I would love the info on your friend who hunted in Spain. That would be very helpful!
    Phil,

Are you selling your Boddington 300 H&H Kudu? Thanks for the heads up.

$1000 in the ballpark. I paid more than that for it new. It does have one small ding in the bottom of the rear stock.

    Phil,

Your PM mailbox is full. Katherine and I will be in Dallas for the entire show. Hope to see you there.
I had a talk with one of my mentors

how would you feel about really changing your youngsters life?

You are going to have to work with me here

    ever heard of counting coux

    its a Comanche thing

I am trying to judge a situation that I am somewhat removed from but

How would the boy feel and more importantly how would you feel about him

after working like a dog reaching up and touching a 180 -200 B&C whitetail buck on the nose with his coux stick

knowing that if he had as much as a derringer he could have laid him out flat

but, i rattled him up, he walked right to me and I touched him, could have had him at any moment

    he was mine

but because I am so whatever I could let him go

it is a wonderful way to begin the journey that both you and I have lost ourselves in

I would share this with your son

Yes, I am interested in some A Frames to load, if they are the 300 grain or other that will work for Cape Buff. I need enough to work up a load and sight in, then carry over there
