Hi there all,

Seems to be a thing that a lot of people read and are lurking as visitors to this great forum. I am one of them. Love big bore rifles and the shooting of them. Look forward to future discussions!

Cheers
Stephen

Who am I
I am not a ph, outfitter etc., just a regular South African living and staying in Africa. Cannot imagine living anywhere else. Those who have been here, live here, would tell you there is a mystique to it. It may be the sunsets, the wildlife, the Africa time, whatever it is, it will remain in you. There is a songs word I will translate "Africa does not need us, we need Africa"

Both my father and grandfather were ph's, hence my love for hunting and the nature. My father is still actively involved in the protection of fauna and flora through sustainable hunting, contrary to the belief that hunting is damaging to the wildlife of Africa. It is for this reason that I am indirectly getting involved, by hopefully learning more from you all on hunting, bettering my knowledge on hunting, sharing knowledge and hopefully creating or sustaining the love for Africa and its wildlife with others.

I am a member of the Big Bore Association of SA, BASA, where we do big game hunting and the shooting of big bore rifles. This is main hobby and interest, big bores, the shooting of them, their history and what can be hunted with them etc.

Welcome to AH Stephen!

I saw your post selling left hand rifles. Do you have any additional pics of the .416 Rem mag?
