Hi there,
just found this forum and been reading the reloading section with great interest!

I'm a keen reloader and in fact it forms part of my current career! Having no experience of hunting in Africa I hope to be able to ask a few questions regarding loads for Dangerous game loads.....

My hunting to date has all been in the UK. I hunt about twice a week for deer near where I live.

Welcome aboard Brit Mike. Hunting is hunting the world over, all "Nimrods" share the same sense of adventure regardless of the game. What caliber rifles do you own and reload for? Have you taken a Red Stag yet? If so what caliber did you use? What were your thoughts about the performance of that caliber? My son and I are going after red Stag in Argentina in March. We'll be renting the Outfitter's M 77 Ruger(s) in 300 Win Mag.
