Hi folks, I am getting ready for my first Cape Buffalo hunt in Zimbabwe. The rifle I will be using is a weatherby Mark V with a Trijicon 3 X 9 scope, chambered in 375 H&H. I shoot this rifle well but am having trouble finding bullets in these days of shortages. I have Federal factory ammunition, loaded with 300 grain round nose soft points. Will this bullet suffice for buffalo? I know everyone likes the Barnes but this rifle does not shoot them as well as the Federal? Your thoughts please.
