Hi you guys.

I'm Rhonda from Dallas. I've been lurking and reading for a few days, and thought it was time to introduce myself.

I've been a hunter and passionate about the outdoors for as long as I can remember, but am just now preparing for my first hunt in Africa. My husband and I will be hunting with Limcroma in South Africa in June. We're already counting down the days!

I look forward to reading and participating here. AH appears to be a great resource of information about Africa and hunting in general. Thanks for letting me join.

I'd love to, but I'm already booked to attend the DSC evening banquet and the presentation of the Peter Capstick award from 530 until 1100 on Friday night. I really do appreciate the invitation though. I'll make sure to plan on it for 2018.

Will everyone be getting together at any other time or location during the convention? Ill be at the convention center every day from Wednesday to Sunday. When not walking the convention floor, I'll be volunteering. It would be great to actually meet a few people face to face if possible.

Welcome aboard. This site is chock full of experienced hunters, re-loaders, firearms aficionados, and all around good guys & gals. This site helped me plan our first safari last August, now we are thinking about return trips. Get prepared to have the time of your life, we did. I'm looking forward to reading your hunting report. I've been on this site for about a year and nine months and have seen lots of different opinions on what AH (ers) think is best rifle, caliber, outfitter, load etc but I have yet to see any bad advice given.
