    My other interests:
Teaching my four children about the rewards of sport hunting and conservation
I've had a passion for hunting since childhood. No one in my immediate family hunted so I tagged along with a good friend and his father when I was a boy. Watching Wild Kingdom on Sundays and reading everything I could get my hands on about Africa fueled the fire. When I was 22 I made what I thought would be my only safari to Zim with my then girlfriend, now wife of 30 years. Man, it was a paradise in 1986! I was hooked and came back home and made a business of it shortly thereafter. Fast forward to '99 and we had twins, then two more within the next 2 1/2 years. Running around the world or spending weeks on end running our hunting ranch in South Texas didn't make for much of a father. So I took some time away from the hunting business while the kids were young and focused on selling ranch real estate. Now I'm back in the full swing of things, hunting, traveling and helping my friends and clients achieve their hunting goals wherever they may be.
