Received this via e-mail this morning.
Don't know who took it and where/when - but that is one lucky Kudu:nailbiter:....!!!

Look at the pictures in numeric-sequence to follow the action.

I tried to sequence the pictures but was unable to do so - sorry!

If you keep your mouse-curser on the picture it should tell you what number picture it is out of 17

Awesome pictures! That is one lucky kudu! And he is nice one too!

Fantastic pictures, I received the same this morning !!!!!

Amazing!

I had a Commanding Officer who once told us that "every day the deer wakes up knowing he has to be faster than even the slowest lion, while the lion knows he only has to be faster than the slowest deer".

That really is wild stuff! One lucky kudu! Really gained some air time! Should get flight pay for that leap!

I think his horns saved him from the male lion. One horn hits him in the throat and his other horn kept him from getting he other paw on his neck. If that was a cow Kudu she would have gone down on that one.

Incredible shots. Proves there are No guarantees when you're hunting.

Hi Marius,

I just read in "Die Burger" (a leading newspaper) that these photos were taken in Shamwari. Also that the Bull picked up an injury while fleeing and he was taken by the same pride that night? (kyk bietjie Burger se website)

Groete,
Petrie.

Here's the target for the NorthForks - 25yds off a bag, iron sights. Hunting leopards over dogs the range won't be more than that.

Flew in an airshow in Smyrna years ago, beautiful country.

Best regards,

Franco
