The 243 won't work on politicians unfortunately. Some are covered with Teflon so the bullet slides off. The ones not coated with Teflon have that much bullshit surrounding them that even a 500 nitro wouldn't penetrate that deep to get to them.

What sling studs do those swivels fit ? They look to be quite a bit wider than the standard modern swivels. They may be just what I need for my Remington 30 Express wide swivel studs. Can you measure the pin diameter ?
