Namibia bound!!!

Headed to Namibia with @Jaques Spamer next month and as with all hunting trips the anticipation is mounting.

At first I thought Covid and the testing requirements were going to be the toughest hurdle associated with the trip. However as the weeks have passed since booking, the airlines have changed or canceled my fights 3 times. Of course Jennifer with @TRAVEL EXPRESS has worked it out each and every time. I’m certain if anything else changes she’ll handle it as well.

A few years back I shared a story here of a missed opportunity in Botswana. I really thought that after that encounter I would never get another opportunity like it again. Below are a couple of pics from my missed opportunity. They may give you and idea of what I’m after.

Then you are heading to the caprivi. What concession are you hunting. I got back from there in mid October. Hunt report is filed. Good luck. Anything else on the plate besides jumbo?

I’ll be hunting the Jaqna Conservancy in the Otjozondjupa Region. Of course it’s a non exportable tag. Memories are what I’m after.
