In memoriam - Pieter Erasmus from Pawprint Safaris passed away

I really enjoyed meeting Pieter and his family and everyone involved with Pawprint Safaris when I was there in 2018. His passing will leave a void. My condolences to his family and friends.

Sorry to hear about this.

Prayers for his family and friends.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop Charlie.

Very sorry to hear this Charlie. I always enjoyed reading the Paw Print hunting reports. Peter seemed like a good dude!

My condolences to Peter's family , friends, and fellow hunters.

It is sad to receive this terrible news. A fellow Hunter, Outfitter, Professional Hunter and Friend has fallen but will never be forgotten.

Our condolences goes out to everyone who has known Peter and our prayers goes up for his family and especially the children who are going through a very tuff time at the moment.

Bossie, Ronel and DJ

I’m very sorry to hear this Charlie. I know he was a good friend. Cancer is a terrible disease. I myself have lost family members to cancer. My prayers to his family and close friends.

Very sad news. Saying prayers for the family and friends. The pain is over, rest in peace buddy. We'll all see you again someday.

Very sad to hear. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Rest In Peace Pieter. Thank you for letting us know Charlie.

I'm so say to hear this news. My prayers and condolences go out to his family and friends of which I am proud to be a part of. I hunted twice with him and always felt like a friend rather than a client.

He will be missed by us all but most by his wonderful sister and his charming children who I know will be his legacy and keep hunting.

It's at a time like this we should feel humbled by the fragility of life and get out there to live it.

Rest in peace my dear friend

Had the pleasure of hunting with Pieter and his crew in 2016. He was a pleasure to spend my time in camp with. All the best to his wonderful children.

Very sad to hear this, I had the pleasure of talking with Pieter at SCI a few years ago, quite enjoyed his company. He will live on in the memories of those he leaves behind.

Our thoughts are with the Erasmus family. May the Lord look over them and give them strength in this difficult time.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
