Dating A Chapuis

I'm looking at a Chapuis Brousse and am having trouble finding out when it was made
Serial number 21690
It has the clawfoot scope mounts if anyone knows when they first came out with them it would give at least an idea

I did it and i at least got a window of 1974 to 2019 that the model i am interested in was produced
guy bought it used in 2010. so I narrowed it down to 74-2009 which is good enough for me for now

You can date a Chapuis if you want to, just don't get scope kissed on the first date.
