That would work. I like when the stiching is essentially the same color palette as the hat. Just a different shade.

Tow examples. First is the hat darker and stitching lighter. Second is where they are the same which I love but I understand isn’t the best for branding.

Both would work in the field.

Has the date for the SCI dinner been set? I have a commitment already for the Mzuri Wildlife Foundation cocktail reception on Friday evening, I believe from 6:00-8:00 and am hoping to also attend the AH dinner.

It will be Friday evening 2/20 in Nashville for SCI and Friday 2/6 in Atlanta for DSC

Thank you skydiver386, for offering to do this. Probably will not make the SCI dinner, but these would be my preferences:

1. Carharrt brown with gold or black stitching.
2. OD with gold stitching.
3. Black with gold stitching.
I personally would not like the camo hat, but that's just my own preference.

I'm not much of a hat person unless it's cold out, I'm hunting, or out boating. For these reason I prefer the OD with Black embroidery or Black with Green embroidery.

Hunter Orange with Black or Tan/Brown embroidery would also be good.

But I think it starts at 6 pm at Johnathan's Bar and Grill in Nashville.
As much as I travel (a lot) to Nashville I still have to Google search the address and use Google Maps to get me there. LOL.

Although I really liked the Carhartt hat, the lowest price I could find was $35.99 each before embroidery, so I went with a light brown with brown embroidery. The Olive with Gold made the grade this year also.

This is the light Brown.

Last year, the company I ordered from was not willing to do the back, so I switched to another supplier that would do both front and back.

I've already received 10 Olive and 10 Brown hats, and Queensboro Embroidery did a great job. The next batch of 10 will be in some form of camo with a Brown, Black or Green embroidery. Last year was Kryptic camo with Rust Brown, but this year I'm leaning toward Realtree AP or Mossy Oak.

Finally, a watch cap or beanie. I haven't ordered this batch yet, as I haven't decided on embroidery colors. I figured these would make nice gifts for trackers and skinners.

Keep in mind, THESE HATS ARE NOT FOR SALE. These are free to those attending the SCI and DSC get togethers. If anyone wishes to help defray the cost of these hats, contributions of 450 Rigby and 470 NE will be graciously accepted.

There will be a grand total of 40 hats, 20 for the SCI and 20 for the DSC, so that's 5 of each color at each event.

Get there early, cause if ya snooze, ya loose.
