AH hats for SCI 2026 Get Together

@Rare Breed has announced he is working on the the SCI get together. With permission from Jerome, I'll be bringing a batch of embroidered Africa Hunting hats to give away.

Last year Thread Logic made hats in Kryptic camo with Rust embroidery and Olive Green hats with Gold embroidery. I was surprised that the OD hats were more popular than the camo.

This year I'd like to do another color and Carhartt brown seemed like a good choice.

Gold, dark brown or possibly black embroidery with the Africa Hunting logo. I'll go with whatever receives the best response.

1. OD with gold.
2. Carhartt brown with gold.
3. Realtree with tan.
4. Blaze with black.
5. Any other ideas.

It's mostly a bonus for the folks that come for the get together, but there may be some left over after the event. I might be willing to swap for 450 Rigby ammo, or Swift A-frames.

@skydiver386, again thank you for our hats last year. Wife chose camo while I have OD, very nice. I’d vote for Carhartt brown with either gold or dark brown stitching.

Has the date for the SCI dinner been set? I have a commitment already for the Mzuri Wildlife Foundation cocktail reception on Friday evening, I believe from 6:00-8:00 and am hoping to also attend the AH dinner.

I know some folks are liking the gold stitching. But I’d suggest a muted color so they can be worn in the field. Black or dark brown on brown or olive would make sense.
