    Hi Cliff,

    My time with Wayne was much as you described your time with him. A lot of his negativity in conversations with builders and road commission. That settled down after five days or so. No choice of meals and what was served remined me of a Marine Corps chow hall. Wayne's customer service or ability as a host is very limited.

    Wayne is however a fine hunter, even if I never got a shot at a decent bull. We were in the middle of seven 25 pound bulls at 20 yards but that was it. Followed a couple others which when we tried to circle them to get into a shooting position, they circled us. No elephant for me.

Planning is coming together! Just waiting to hear back from a couple outfitters to see what their availability is for this year, if any, and I'll be booking my first African hunt. Fingers crossed I can get one slotted for late August/first couple weeks of September.
