DSC & SCI 2027 AH Dinners

Out for both. TTHA Dallas instead of DSC if I go anywhere. SCI in Africa not hunting.
 
I won't be able to either this year and it might be the first time I've missed at least one in the past 10 yrs. I am going to try to get to the TTHA SCI in Dallas in January.

I did find Jonathon's hard to mingle outside the small group that I was sitting with outside. Inside was cooking, and outside was fairly cold. Bigger would be better

For the DSC Show in Atlanta, which hotel is the most popular? I will be going alone and would love to meet a bunch of you guys and gals.
 
As far as most popular, I can't say. I stay at the Hampton Suites Vanderbilt. It is very clean, quiet, and affordable. It'll be a good time!
 
I am a Marriott Guy for the points. I just booked at the AC Hotel Downton Atlanta on Andrew Young Blvd. from Jan 7-10. If anybody else is staying there perhaps we could share the Ubers!
 
Apart from my lack of reading skills, where is everyone staying for SCI?
 
I’m very appreciative that they make the Show free for Retired Military. I will gladly put that money towards a new Rand hat!
 
I stay at the Tru Downtown Nashville. It’s comparatively cheap, clean and within walking distance of the convention center.
 
I'm at Room to Suites Vanderbilt. They are huge rooms and clean as a whistle. At $161 per night for two queen beds, that's hard to beat! Short walk or 5 min Uber.

Mrs BeeMaa books us at the Embassy Suites Downtown Nashville using points/miles. It's nice because if she gets overloaded with everything going on, she can easily walk back to the room and rest. I think she booked a room for 2027 as we were leaving the convention in '26.

I'm planning on the SCI in Nashville. However something on "the first floor" or with an elevator would be better for me. Rare Breed, I hope your sister comes through with something a little bigger.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
