We can call it asymmetric warfare.Yes but Ukraine really did not had much if any fleet to begin with and still they have managed to basically defeat the whole of the russian black sea fleet/force the russians to stay in port/move their ships further away from Ukraine.
For large conventional navy power in coastal waters that is really inconvenient to put it mildly.
Now put any warship of any navy in black sea, against Ukraine, or Russia - which ever.
And watch what happens next.
Entire paradigm of coastal warfare changed with appearance of drones.
But not only at sea.
The tanks and armored vehicles on both sides suffered the same.
