SOUTH AFRICA: MOZAMBIQUE: Off To Southern Africa With KMG & TMS & PPS

Sitting in the VIP Maputo. A few beers and of to bed. Lichinga run tomorrow.
Computer blew up. This is by iPhone
Oh well. Bought lots of SD cards to get pictures saved
Seems a little more humid here in Maputo. Funny that
Gun import was interesting. Not mine Kurt's. Patience is everything.

Won't likely be posting much after this til back in Joburg.

Safe hunting Brickburn and looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Beautiful, well earned Vallie! Congrats on such a great trophy. I wanted one my last trip, but my PH didn't have the proper access..... Next trip. Bruce

Hope trip is still going well Wayne. Get Pieter relaxed and in the zone for me when you meet up with him. Five days to departure now !

Now back from the hinterlands of Niassa and waiting for the flight to Joburg in the Maputo airport. Started out travelling at 0300. It's 16:30 now.
28C. Summer for me
Computer is still pooched. Longer tale when I get home

Just in case you are wondering, it was an awesome time. First official AH group hunt for me. Buffybear is a gentlemen and scholar.
Gorgeous countryside and all new to me.

Stay safe all you travellers

Glad y'all had an awesome time!

Can't wait for the details!

Brickburn are you heading home today or hooking up with Pieter?

Kurt is hunting and fishing addict just like you Wayne:whistle:(y)

I don't think I have ever laughed on the back of the landcruiser as much as I did the last week. Brick is spot on, Kurt is a gentlemen and a scholar!! I don't think there is a word in the English dictionary to discribe Brickburn....."loco' is the closest word in Portuguese!!!:A Clapping::A Clapping:

Africa has just gotten a lot quieter...since the "brick" left....

He has to get back to Alberta, a mini paradise itself. Plenty of hunting and fishing there.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
