I guess the only question I would have is........why?
Does it make sense to hunt with a suppressor on a rifle like a 375HH or 9.3x62? Planning to get a new barrel for an R8 and wondering if I should get it threaded…thx
Also very illegal in ZimbabweSuppressor works also in Zimbabwe on buffalo, caliber .416 Ruger
Protects your ears and reduces recoil. And the herd is less alarmed.

Import control authoroties did not take care, our PH neitherAlso very illegal in Zimbabwe
You got away with it but they are not legal. I wouldn’t expect your PH to care while hunting, but it’s a risk while traveling and in town depending who sees it.Import control authoroties did not take care, our PH neither
It was anyway illegal to bring my rifle to Zimbabwe due to EU weapon ban…You got away with it but they are not legal. I wouldn’t expect your PH to care while hunting, but it’s a risk while traveling and in town depending who sees it.
Might be you’re reading between the lines. I didn’t say I wanted to start hunting with a DG rifle. Nor did I say I wanted to equip with a suppressor. I asked a question, does it makes sense to use a suppressor…I don't understand something. It may be that you have as shooter and firearms enthusiast some experience with rifles of larger calibers, but you wrote in your first post on this Forum that you have never hunt before. Now you want to start hunting with DG rifles and even equip them with suppressors?,...somewhat unusual in my opinion.
