Could you neck up 416 Weatherby brass to 500 A Square? It would have to be done in several steps, but could it be done/would it work?

Thanks

@USMA84DAB is a good source for this information.
He worked there and has a more than a few of the big boy calibers.
If he doesn't chime in soon, send him a PM.

It would be alot easier to use .460 Wby brass

If you tried it with 416 brass you should anneal - open it to .45 cal first - anneal and then go to .500 - that is how I would try it if I couldn't get .460 brass.

Anyone have experience with the above-referenced company for brass quality?

Its super easy to neck up 460 Weatherby brass. Just run them through the sizer die and bingo bingo you are good to go.

Bertram here in Oz makes cases,
I use them in my 500 Rigby and just remove the belt

If you want some let me know, I can supply easy enough

Try Graf&Son for your 500 A2 brass. I get my 500 Jeffery brass from then. It's great. I just looked, and I believe they have some in stock.

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
