My wife and I went to New Zealand in May. Fantastic time. Friendly people and scenery that can't be beat. Took a very good bull tahr with Southern Mountain Adventures. We will be back!

Awesome stuff sir! I had the pleasure of hunting a Tahr in 2011. Great experience, great people and country.
Congratulations once again.

I'm sure it was a fantastic hunt and very scenic!

NZ is our nearest neighbour and a great country to visit. My family have awesome memories from there.

Thanks Randy. New Zealand is an awesome place. The folks who live there, called Kiwis, are some of the friendliest I've ever met

he looks like a cracker thar ironhorse, did you run a tape over him at all .
great mane and cape .

Nope didn't measure him, he was a bit smaller than the big bruiser that busted us earlier that day. He is currently at the taxidermist getting a make over. Next on our list is Africa !

We had a Kiwi in our Fraternity when I was in school. He had several Kiwi buddies also on campus and they pooled their money and bought this awful old green car. They then painted the New Zealand flag on each side and called it the Kiwi Crooza (cruiser). Every time I saw those guys, they were having a ball!

Hamish was the first to tell me about the stags roaring in New Zealand. Told me they were pests. I thought he was a fool. I look back at it now and realize I was the ignorant fool!

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
