Welcome aboard. Hunting Africa is unlike anything you've ever done before. Plan well to prevent any surprises. If you have any questions, ask and AH will answer. What kind and caliber rifles do you own? Do you reload?

The gun I would prefer to bring would be my .300 win mag. I do not reload.

A 300 Win Mag will work just fine. Just make sure it is loaded with a premium bullet. A cheap cup and core bullet might do the trick but why take the chance? The extra few bucks spent on quality ammo is good insurance.

Good morning from Montana.
I'm looking at a post from 2018 where you were looking for a lefty Winchester in .375 H&H Magnum. I'm selling mine. My email is [redacted] in the event that you're still searching for a unicorn.
Best,
Kelly Palmer
