Leopard mount begins

Congrats JB. That is one beautiful cat and a great piece of taxidermy. Please share a pic when he gets "home".
Will do. Thank you JB

What a spectacular mount! One of the best cat mounts I've seen, everything looks great, the leopard's position and the habitat, and theme with the dik-dik are incredible. I think you might have to pick a better location in your house to show that mount off.

Thank you.. well my trophy room is pretty full but I may move my Cape buffalo to that spot and place the leopard their, not sure until I get it home end of this month. I want it where I can see it clearly while I’m sitting and watching TV.

It looks incredible in every way! Beautiful job.

That is a really thick cat....how much did he weigh??

That’s incredible Johnny, and I respect your honesty. I am very good friend with a PH who specializes in leopard and I have done allot of field and academic research on leopards as well, so I can tell you that a 147lb leopard with an empty stomach is many other people’s 190lb cat when they estimate the weight. Not even exaggerating with yours, if you put 30lbs of meat in his belly he’s an honest 180lb cat which is a rare beast ANYWHERE in Africa today.
Condrats on a dream cat!

Thank you again. I was very happy with him

Lol. Man I’m happy with the way everything turned out

Very impressive mount Johnny. I think you've just made a lot of people envious. That's a good thing.

Lol. Not my intention at all. Just sharing my excitement with my brothers. Believe me I’m humble.

Very nice Johnny B. the mount looks awesome, it was nice to read the hunt report, and now to see the finished taxidermy, congrats my friend.

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is 239 565-8988. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
