Gun or caliber you’ve never owned but always wanted?

.45-70

I've got a hankering for a couple Winchester 1895's, one in 30-40 Krag, the other in 405.

An old hammer double in 450-400. Still kicking myself for buying some cool Winchester M70's instead of the double at the same show... LOP was a bit short so I passed... And kicking myself for holding out on a 577 double a few months back that I should have bought just for fun;)

And too many others:)

At DSC a few years ago there was this H&H Royal. I was busy darkening out one of the zero's in the $200K price tag when security showed up. Mostly I remember being escorted away than the actual details of the rifle.

M70 in 250-3000...had 1 opportunity to pick one up that was unaltered or messed with. 2nd lap around it was gone. Was in great condition and great price.

One gun I used to drool over and would still like to own is a Belgian made Browning Superposed, Midas grade. Out of my pay grade still, there's one with two sets of barrels on gunbroker for 24,500.

That’s one for me also ....
Bought a 70th Anniversary Edition in 257 a few years back. A little to fancy to hunt with so it's basically a range queen but it's a great shooter

A Colt Python an original Mannlicher in 7x57 and a Browning Superpoesd in 20g

An English 20 gauge SxS, built on a small Webley Screw-grip action, with Southgate ejectoctors and in it’s oak and leather case. The weight should be a tad under 6 lbs

@Dewald what are "Southgate ejectoctors"?

totally boring, and completely within reach.. but I've wanted one for years. and never have managed to pick one up..

The Quigley right?

Toss up between a Remington 760 in .35 Whelen or a Blaser R8 with barrels in 6.5 CM, .270, .30/06, 9.3x62, .300 Win mag, .338 Win mag, .257 Wby mag., .416 Rem mag and .375 H&H mag. (I’m avaricious).

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
