My son & I like to eat what we shoot, & waste nothing. So the chewy cuts of venison go into stews & pies, and I take the bones & bloodshot meat home for my Labrador, Sally. Backstraps go on the BBQ, liver gets sliced & fried with onion & apple on the hunting trip. I have lots of nice venison recipes & am always looking for new ones! My son recently made some venison salami after he bought a powerful mincer. With the mincer we also made some "Bambi burgers" which were very nice (venison minced with some pork belly, & chopped onion & herbs) Nobody complained about the name, and even the fussy eaters enjoyed them!

Welcome!

Sounds like about the same processing is going on that side of the globe as is done right here.

hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
