I was so looking forward to making the DSC convention and get together this year, but medical issues are restricting any travel plans for me as well.

My issues resolved themselves themselves early Friday morning - and along the way I meet up with a young Physicians Assistant (cardiology) who's husband spent much of his youth in the SA Bush (parents were in the diplomatic corp). She says he has very fond memories of Africa, btw. Not sure how my safari came up, but it did.

I was delivered directly to her & staff on the 7th floor of ABQ's Presbyterian Hospital bysome very talented EMTs who also visited me at home about 2:45 AM. They took care of me while the senior cardio guy routed in to clear one blocked artery with a stint and take a look at some other issues.

Anyway - home and on the mend as of a couple of hours ago; thankful for life, and looking forward to hearing all the stories and goings-on at DSC.

Mo mo lost his voice, mike lost his liver, cody and toby lost their leotards. Sounds like fun to me. Afterhour continued at roof top of nylo or canvas till ??? With snow storm its a little strange, which way is missouri??

I had planned to go this year. But my, my work got complicated due to the fires in CO. I plan to be at SCI. I hope everyone has a great time at DSC!
