Life After The Indian Hunting Ban

Dear mr Rahman,
In last several weeks, with your excellent posts, on fast track you have become, an invaluable member of the forum, an asset actually.

Your tales are living history, your narrative is excellent, and you are also opening the great window to modern Bangladesh hunting, which to many of us was actually unknown hunting destination, until you have joined.

So, I look forward and urge you, for your future participation here, and never say never again! I am certain that with your experience, you have much more to enlighten us, outside of the frame of forthcoming book, by Hoss Delgado (for which I am interested)

Personally, I am very much tight with my spare time and with my busy work schedule, but once in the future, I do hope to visit Bangladesh for purpose of hunting. When the moment comes, I will certainly ask for advice!

So, stay around!
Mark Hunter
Thank you for being my avid supporter from the very beginning . Please focus on your work first and foremost . And never hesitate to contact me . I will definitely be writing more articles here whenever my dear respected forum members desire any particular topic to be written about .

Hey , Mr. Rahman ...
I recently had my BRNO ZH 301 get it's chambers beefed up to accept 3 inch shells :D
Why don't you do the same with your Beretta 12 gauge ? It will make it a manly gun ! :D
Hoss Delgado
But l am content with the performance of 70 millimeter cartridges . I would prefer to leave all my fire arms intact , as is .
My Beretta over-under model s 686 12 bore has never let me down . I have never heard of any person calling it un-manly till now

But Mr. Rahman :( I was reading a Magazine the other day . The only people still using the 2 3/4 inch shell are guys too weak to handle a 3 inch Magnum shell ... And women ;)

Hoss, add me to the list.
Last time when I checked inside my pants, I was not a woman, with 234 pounds was not too weak, and still using 2-3/4 shells in 12 ga!

I still have not discovered my feminine side, but if I do, and when I do, I will already be used for 2-3/4''!!

But Mark , a guy using 3 inch shells is even manlier still ;)

Mr Rahman, I have enjoyed all your articles, specially as to me they bring back memories, as I lived in Karachi during three years, during the mid 60´s.

It was a very city nice to live in , at that time. Nowadays I know it has become a very unpleasant and dangerous place, due to Muslim extremists.

A real shame, but the same can be said about Morocco, Algeria, Turkey, Lebanon, countries which I have known quite well.

But Bro , you gotta admit that a guy strong enough to use 3 inch shells is more masculine and manly than a guy using 2 3/4 inch shells :( ? 3 inch shells are a godsend for high flying geese :D
I'm never going back to 2 3/4 inch shells again :D
Hoss Delgado
I respect the 76 millimeter cartridge and the 89 millimeter cartridge , but l ( for my personal needs ) am content with the 70 millimeter cartridges . I only shoot geese which are close by utilizing decoys , using AAA or BB cartridges and l am content with my results.

Thank you so much for your kind words.
Come to Bangladesh some day. We are a secular nation . It would be my privilege to shoot birds , cranes or geese or Sambhar and Chital deer with you and even boars . We are Muslims , but we loath extremists and infact our government executed four of them even today . Most of our women have open hair. Western clothes are universal for males and very common for females . Pork is available for non Muslim friends and we have cinema and music festivals many times of the year .
The only problem is the traffic , sadly .

Thank you Mr. Rahman, I would love that. I was born in a Muslim country myself and have good Muslim friends which are not extremists, so I would feel very much at ease in your country.

Traffic ! I am used to it in Madrid

Oh , you are from Spain ? I have been there many times . You have a delicious dessert called churros.
Next time l go to Spain , l will look for an Astra 12 bore side by side shot-gun in good condition.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write accounts of your hunts, I really enjoyed all of them!
