That stock looks very nice!
@Shawn.54 , hang tough buddy! Keeping you in thoughts and prayers.
Rooting for ya buddy!
Home now Cath reviled 4 blockages which they prefer to fix with bypass surgery so I’m scheduled for Tuesday for Quadruple bypass keep us in prayer.
Continuing to pray for you, Shawn!
Prayers your way
Thanks guys it’s definitely a tough time but hopefully we found this in time that it can be fixed and I can make changes to prevent further trouble.
Keep at 'em buddy!
Saying a few extra for you @Shawn.54
Cleveland Clinic is as good as it gets. With a little luck you'll be back to hunting bear with a switch in less than six months. In the meantime we'll ask the Good Lord to keep an eye on you and safe in the palm of his hand.
Wow Shawn, glad they found it! We’ll be praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery!
I will pray that the God who created the heavens and the earth and sent his only Son to redeem His people will be gracious to you and heal you completely.
I spent the last half the day with my father and oldest son who turned 21 Monday we went to the county courthouse to get his concealed carry permit and then to a couple of gun shops to look at weapons he decided to buy his first hand gun and I must say I he didn’t do bad he chose a Kimber Micro 9.
We got home and he spent a good bit of time in the manual then decided to go out with his friends he told me that he was not taking his new purchase with him until he had time to become more familiar with it I guess he has been listening to me after all.
Thanks for the prayers and I can say that I’m not worried about the upcoming surgery as much as I worry about those around me who are trying to stay strong but are having a little trouble.
You and your loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless and comfort you all.
I will be looking forward with great anticipation to the pictures of this beautiful rifle after you get the checkering done
I am glad the blockages were found! Best of wishes and many prayers for you and your family!
What is really weird is the only symptoms I have is shortness of breath. That made hunting this year hard. I went from being a constant pusher to being the truck driver who dropped hunters and pushers off then parked and just stepped into the edge of the woods.
I’ll get this fixed and make some changes in diet hopefully I’ll be back in form for the fall.
Triple bypass complete all has been fix that can and needed fixed all I can say is wow did any get the license plate off the truck that run me over. I feel better every day but the first day wasn’t sure I wanted to survive. Now I’m getting to go home tomorrow to finish recouping thanks for your prayers and words of encouragement.
Hang in there buddy, the light at the end of the tunnel will keep on getting brighter and brighter. In a month you will be out looking for a switch to use on your next bear hunt.
Keep on keepin' on brother!
Glad that portion of your "journey" is done. Rest easy and get back on your feet when you are ready.
