At the same time Goldman Sachs was saying the same thing by Q4. Barring a bubble burst of some sort, I think you are going to be much closer to the truth. 4211 as I type.

My banker say 5K by the end of the year. It’s possible, but maybe a little optimistic. Time will tell.

And when the bubble does burst, will it result in the traditional run for the safety of pathetic yield bonds/treasuries, or will it cause a gigantic gold rally to $5000-$8000?

I do not know, but I don't think people have much faith in AAA corporate bonds anymore. The bonds aren't Bethlehem Steel and 1940s General Electric anymore...if they default we can't sell the office chairs and other assets to recoup the first position bond's collateral. Most companies have proprietary IP that won't sell for much in a market collapse to their nearly-as-broke competitors.

I don't know how true this is (recently been a bit busy with local affairs). But if it is, I am hardly surprised.

Hamas's original 1981 manifesto specifically lists exterminating Jewish people as part of their key objectives. This should tell you everything you need to know about them.

Later, they amended the manifesto in order to sound more harmonious. But any person with a reasonable amount of IQ always knew that they were lying. They never intended to peacefully co-exist with people of other faiths.

But in my opinion, there are a group of people on this planet who are even worse than Hamas. It's the so-called "Human Rights Activists" who riot outside every university campus and embassy building, chanting "Free Palestine". In my opinion, they are the real criminals. Completely detached from reality, they refuse to understand just how destructive radical Islam is for the rest of the civilized world. They all should be airdropped into Gaza to better understand the people they are crying for so much.

In my opinion, "Human Rights Activists" are the biggest threat to the civilized world. They only seem interested in the rights of deviants and monsters. The harsh truth is that brutality is sometimes the only answer for cultists like Hamas.

With tomahawks now on the table for Ukraine, Im guessing the Uk-Russia war is going to continue on for a bit longer..

We'll see if Trump follows through and sends the missiles.. but even just a couple of dozen tomahawks could put a serious hurting on Russia.. youre talking about something that can travel 1500+ miles and deliver a 1000lb warhead or 166 bomblets.. capable of taking out large ships, large buildings, etc..

a single strike on a bomber base for example could cost the Russians hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and set back their strategic capabilities a decade..

The VRA case was heard by the court yesterday. This has the potential to change the midterms with Republicans potentially picking up 10-15 seats due to redistricting.

To me it looks like Sotomayer, Kagan and Jackson don’t want it changed.

Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh want it done away with completely.

Roberts and Barret want it partially changed and limited. Roberts always wants to split the baby. Barret just seems wishy washy.

The timing of the release will be critical in giving States enough time to redistrict. States may decided to redistrict prior to the decision in anticipation of a decision.

At a minimum it looks like changes to the VRA will be made in some fashion. It could come down to how well Thomas can persuade a majority to strike the VRA down.

What a fitting in your face way to leave the Court and give Trump a few months to fill the position.
