ICE needs to set up some water cannons and flush the protesting turds right off the streets
But then there would be problems for those rural communities downstream. Other solutions come to mind but there is always some unintended injury to the water, air or soil involved.

Maria Corina Machado wins the Nobel Peace Prize. She dedicates it to Donald J. Trump for ending or preventing 8 wars and for his efforts to secure Venezuela from tyranny. (her home country)

CA bans Glocks...

What is ironic is that:
Southern California Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel, who introduced Assembly Bill 1127, said he hopes this legislation forces Glock to change its design so "switches" no longer work.

Only Gen 3 Glocks were being sold in CA.

The later model Glocks have a different design, but are not approved for sale in CA like many firearms manufactured in the last 15 years or so due to the requirement to have "micro-stamping" feature which does not exist. BTW, that technology was certified to be available by Kamala Harris when she was the AG of CA.

This whole thing is to reduce the choices of people to buy firearms.

I have reservations that the Middle East peace will hold long term. That said I am more optimistic than any other time in my life. The Camp David Accords were a good start. The Abraham Accords in Trumps first administration kicked off this round and look to expand signatories over the following months and years.

Credit to Trump, Rubio, Witkoff and Kushner for doing the opposite of what the State Department and foreign affair experts have attempted over the decades. This just shows how feckless the Blinken, Sullivan, Nuland crowd have been over the years.

Sadly, I concur with regard to a long term peace. Nevertheless, whatever progress is or isn't made turning the Gaza real estate into something other than its former slum or in reordering regional relations, the terrorist element in Gaza, going by whatever name, will have been shoved back under its rock for a generation and Iran has lost enormous regional power.

I think the odds of a long term peace between the Arab nations and Israel are quite good. The Arab world has supported the Palestinian cause for decades, with nothing to show for it for it. There really isn’t much love between the Arabs and Palestinians in the first place!

Long term, the key is Iran. If a United Arab world, with the backing of the West, can keep the Mullahs in a box, then peace will prevail.

For years Pine was the box of choice. With cremation becoming vogue, cardboard is also an option.
In the Muslim world they don't cremate. Also, they get buried in a sewn shroud not in a box.

First of all, let me say that I am saddened by the horrific loss of life. I had too many middle of the night emergency response calls in the oil sector not to have some idea of what is going on personally and corporately.

That said, is anyone else wondering what the loss of the TN explosives plant will mean to powder availability? I know it wasn’t supporting us directly, but product lines can shift and production will always support military and industry first.

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
