I had a bar that I used to frequent at times where the men and women's restroom had a one way mirror looking out towards the bar. You could stand at the urinal and watch what was happening outside of the restroom. It was interesting to take a first timer into it to see their reaction. We started sitting at the bar and after someone would go into the restroom we would wave at them.

They had a gasoline heater mounted in there trunk (under there hood) which could be the source of the smoke in the picture.
