Hi all. I recently received my son’s first elk hide back from the tannery, and I would like to find a good place to make some items out of the leather.

I’m thinking I’d like to make a quality rifle case, a couple belts, some knickknacks, etc.

Does anyone have recommendations on who I should consider?

Thanks for your help!

Dick Murray makes top quality stuff. He’s done lots of members here rifle cases, belts, ammo slides, etc.

I think @gizmo does things like pillows and gun cases from leather goods as well..

I do a lot of leather work for various things. Feel free to reach out if I can help you.

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?
Cheers,

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
