Hello from Austria

I hunted more than 40 years in Europe and in Africa too.
Collecting Mannlicher Schoenauers , from M 1903 to post-WWII - GK, is my hobby .
Doing also some reloading from .17 Rem to 458 WM, but especially the old Europaen
catridges , like 6,4x54 MS, 8x56 MS, 9,3x72 R and others. My favourite gun for Africa
is my Steyr Prohunter in .376 Steyr, not often found ....
So I hope to find some pleasure here !

Mannlicher Schoenauer Mod. NO in 7x57, with Kahles 6x riflescope on Steyr pivot mount from 1952.

Welcome to AH, Mannlicher. Where in Austria do you hail from? Our oldest son lived in your country two years, the first in Linz and then in Vienna. We made a trip over to visit at Christmas time two years ago and saw the new year in while there. We visited Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Very beautiful country.
