He’s at it again

Shooting trap under lights is definitely different. I shot a lot of trap in my 20's and l still remember the first time under lights.
Didn't win any money that night

I haven’t ever shot it under lights either. Seth said it definitely makes a difference

So Seth ends the San Antonio Shoot with 2nd in the Lewis Trap today. He won a buckle, 3 flats of ammo, and a CZ 17HMR. All and all he did extremely well considering this is the first time he shot in any capacity since his surgery in November. Way to start off a season son!

Go Seth!

Congrats to Seth!

So full results:
2nd in Lewis class trap, 7th in American trap, probably 30something in International trap.
Was way high score for his team sporting clays at 91 but his team mates put up scores in high 70’s low 80’s. Individual Sporting Clays he shot an 86 so didn’t place.

Thanks y’all, that kid is so happy. He’s been wanting a 17HMR and really likes the CZ’s. Crazy ironic that he won one and is just beside himself.

Eric, the fact that he "sucked it up" when he had to will prove to be the most valuable aspect of this shoot. That is a lesson learned for life. The 17 HMR is an absolute hoot. Seth is going to love it. You may have to mount a jackalope or two for him.:rolleyes:

Congrats Seth!

But gotta ask, before someone else does, where you in it for the college fund or did you slack off knowing that you had a lock on that 17 HMR? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

WELL DONE!!

Lol right, wellll....... if he'd has hit two more birds during the open finals he'd at worst case gotten a brand new straight pull Blaser rifle so he was pretty motivated.

If that Blazer is still on the table at the next shoot.....I'll bet on him adding it to his collection. :):)

My son loves trap at night. He's just taken up the shotgun and loves trap. Good for teaching how to lead running game as well. Fun all round. He's not in Seth's class yet well done mate.

Thank you and good luck to the young man. I hope he sticks with it. The shotgun disciplines are a fantastic sport.

Lol, he wore that one until it literally fell apart!

You should be very proud of your boy .
That is 1 talented young man you have raised.
In times like this , our children need all our support , and just need us to be beside them .
By the way , is that over under a Browning brand 1 ?

Sir, I think I have been writing to you about the purchase of the HK 639 rifle under an email "Tt Jake." If this is you, then I am truly interested. I am just trying to verify identify. Tt Jake is asking for a cash transaction. No disrespect intended, Just trying to verify who I am talking to. Thank you. Respectfully. Dan

Hey my friend, I am returning to SA for a Cape Buffalo hunt in June 26. My outfitter has suggested Highveld but I have read some poor reports. Wondering how satisfied you were with your mounts from them? Thanks in advance.
Finally back to somewhat normal I missed reading the messages and posts
