I would like to attend the cocktail portion. I need to scramble for the auction at 7:30 to bid on a plains game hunt for my friend and a couple of DG hunts for myself.

We will certainly welcome you. But the way I'm working this is there will be 2 tickets per attendee paying for the whole deal. So I'd just need for you to pay for your drinks. Sorry, I don't any other way to do it.

I've received a couple of PMs lately asking about payment for the dinner. You do NOT need to pay in advance. Please bring cash to the dinner to cover yourself and any guests. Debit/credit cards will make life very difficult when settling up with the Iron Cactus.

At this moment, it's looking like the dinner including room fee and sponsor dollars helping to offset will be approximately $30 per person. This will also include tickets for two drinks per person.
 
Do we need labels on our foreheads so we know who we are talking to? :-) :-)
 
Wondering if you still have room for one more at the AH Friday night dinner? If you do, count me in for one. As a new member I'm looking forward to putting names and faces together.
