I didn’t realize there was a movie. Books are always better. I read all series in sequence as well if I can. Sometimes it’s hard to find some of the books. Might have to break down and buy an Ereader! Besides Greaney, some of the other authors’ series that I’m working my way through are Lee Child, John Sandford, Michael Connelly, Jack Carr and Ted Bell. Started picking up Brad Thor books as well, but won’t start reading them until I get some of these others finished.
His books are pretty fun. Alex Hawke is the lead character. My problem is that I keep finding more series that I want to read. I’ve got over a hundred books on my “to be read” shelf and am struggling to keep ahead.I am familiar with all, many times over, with all but Bell.

Enjoy! I’ve read that whole series at least three times. Starting when I was in high school. The Corps by W.E.B. Griffin. I'm in book 9 of the series now.
Also the Badge of Honor series about coming Philadelphia. This is a great series, he has a couple more. One is about the OSS and at least one more that I can’t remember. It just came to me, Brotherhood of War was another good series by him.
W. E. B Griffen lived in our small Alabama town. My wife has a cousin that was friends with him. I haven’t heard his name in a long while and don’t even know if he’s still alive.
William Butterworth is his actual name.
I can recommend Will Jordan (aka The Critical Drinker) and the Ryan Drake series. They are a bit hard to find.I didn’t realize there was a movie. Books are always better. My favorite of Ruarks. Probably Becuase it was my first I read. And had returned from my first safari. The first few chapters felt like he took the words right out of my mouth and put to paper.
I've read everything Griffin has written twice and am starting all over again. Being retired military I can relate to the Brotherhood of War and The Corps. Love the way he incorporates real people and events into his books. I'm a regular at my library.Enjoy! I’ve read that whole series at least three times. Starting when I was in high school.
