I'm a long time lurker here and finally have joined. I've had a lifelong dream of hunting Africa, having read any and all books on the subject since childhood. I went to the Dallas TTHA show in January, met Rouan from Tsala Hunting Safaris and made plans to hunt buffalo in Mozambique in 2027. I have enjoyed reading the forum for several years, looking forward to having experiences to share.
 
Welcome to the Forum,, I grew up in Central Arkansas and cut my hunting teeth on deer, squirrels and flooded timber duck hunting there. Hope you have a great hunt with Tesla and hope you write up a report for us all to read

Whereabouts in AR are you located?

My youngest is a razorback.. and my wife and I are seriously looking at properties in NW AR at the moment (considering retirement locations)…

I'm down in South AR, so it's always good to see a fellow Arkansan!

@mdwest , you could always go to Hot Springs like we discussed that time. Though, NWA seems to be a thriving place!
 
Howdy there fellow flyover country friends and welcome @HardTimes ! I've got plenty of ties to NWA from Fort Smith to Bella Vista myself. @mdwest if you like golfing then Bella Vista is a great place to be. I think 7 golf courses in the community, and as a bonus they have a private 100 yard range you get access to.
 
Welcome I lived down by Glenwood and was district ranger out of MT IDA for a while before moving back west, beautiful country. but for those dang chiggers.

I'm about 10 miles east of the thriving metropolis of Vandervoort, AR-population 113 Not far from the Oklahoma line, about 3 hours south of Fayetteville and 1.5 hours north of Texarkana.

That's not far from me. Glenwood is closest town of any size east of me. I do quite a bit of business there. Lots of good woods, but late summer the chiggers do get rough!

Welcome!!! I am in Texarkana the Tx side!!! Mozambique is Old Africa you will love it!!! I was in Chawalo on the Zambezi in 23 for Buffalo Hippo and Croc. Headed back this July for Leopard and Buff. This forum is absolutely your best friend for planning and prep!!!!!

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
