Hunted
Namibia, Zimbabwe, RSA, USA, Hungary
Due to a late cancellation, I have a great opportunity for someone looking for an elephant hunt in Namibia’s Caprivi. (Remember, these elephants are exportable to the US.)

Date hunt needs to be taken: between now and 14 July 2017. (Ideally hunt should start in the next two weeks. We have received good rains this year, and the elephant movement are normally good up to end of July in this area, and again good end of November. The good rains, full pans and plenty of feed, may have them moving through the area a bit longer, but I don’t want to take a chance. The area is a dry area away from the rivers, where they tend to migrate to during the dry months of August to November.)

Area: Sobbe Conservancy (Caprivi region)

Outfitter: Ndumo Safaris Namibia

PH: one of Ndumo’s registered PH’s, depending on date, but due to a full program in other areas, it may be conducted by a freelance PH, in which case I will send my personal no. 1 tracker with on the hunt. (He knows the area better than anyone.)

Day fees: US$ 11 000 (14 days @ 750/ day plus 2 travel days at US$ 250/ day.)

Trophy fee: US$ 22 000

Total: US$ 33 000

Deposit of 100% of the day fees, trophy fee in wire transfer or cash after hunt. Please note that you can expect a bull between 40 and 50 pounds, and as I am paying for the elephant regardless if its shot or not, I would expect an interested hunter to take the first opportunity at a 40lbs and bigger bull.

Other game still available with prices:

Kudu (1500)

Zebra (1500)

Wildebeest (900)

Roan (9500)

Sable (9000)

Duiker and warthog (400)

Some examples of bulls shot this year:

Good offer Karl.

The camp structures look brand new! Hope someone can take you up on this offer!

Wow the hunt of a lifetime.

Any chance the Namibian government will allow this to be taken with a bow? Since the Zim government was not too helpful, I am still needing an elephant bow hunt.

Speaking from experience, I can tell you all that this is a great hunt with a great outfitter. At this price, there is no way you'll do better. Some lucky person will scoop this up and have a wonderful opportunity.

The camp is effectively brand new and very comfortable.

CAustin, the camp was rebuild recently.
Thanks Brett!
Mrpoindexter, not a chance to shoot it with a bow...

i remember when i was trying to fire sell my trophy elephant hunt in botswana for a bull up to 60 lbs in 2013 for $15,000 all in and i could not find a single taker.

my hunt was discounted $45,000. sometimes people just dont know the deals they are getting.

but hunting trophy elephants is an amazing hunt no doubt.

i did roughly this same hunt last year with Karl the end of June first or July. You will not find a better outfitter in the Caprivi and Karl will do everything he can to make sure you get your elephant. It is a great area and for the USA one you can import. Karl keeps all his required paper up to import it was easy once my cities permit was sent in it was approved in a months time. If you hit it right you will see lots of elephant

:unsure:I would take this in a heart beat if I could easily afford it...

I don't often promote another company for elephant, BUT with Karl you looking at the real deal, great outfit.

Sure rub it in

Damn, I love that price structure!

Hopefully and AH'r can take advantage of this!

That's a great deal Karl,

I can almost smell the mopani.

Ah but one day. Hey what if I volunteer to cook and wash dishes? :p

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
