Friday I can only make 2 days so prefer to avoid the crowds, so I go Thursday and Friday

My suggestions:
Not be last in line for the buffet. @James Jeffrey - HuntingAgent.com was right in front of me and took the last of the beef. He said I needed to loose weight and chicken was how that was done.
Reserve the room for longer. It seemed the bar was doing enough business to keep the room open without having to pay additional fees. (This was mentioned in another thread)
@375 Ruger Fan bringing the Big 5 carving back from Africa for a door prize was really cool. Kudos to you sir! Not sure if we want to do any more door prizes or not, but I thought that was really neat.
Phil, my hat is off to you for organizing this event. It is amazing how far the dinner has come from that little upstairs room NE of the convention center to what it is today. Most of my friends that hunt in Africa, I know through AH. It is always great getting to see them and meet new friends. Thanks.

One other thing Jame and I were talking and he mentioned the possibility of an auction next year something that would have to be talked over with J but sounds like an interesting Idea maybe someone wants to donate a hunt.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
