I'm not verifying the footage. But this comment comes up a lot in security videos and dash cam videos where the video is "zoomed in". It isn't always the camera actually zooming in at the time of the incident. Someone takes the raw video and zooms in (crops) to where the action happens to cut out all the unnecessary area of footage from the raw security video.
