While the right whines that neither Russia nor Ukraine is much interested in Trump's 24 hour solution to the war in Ukraine, the UA today reached out and touched one of the largest munition depots inside Russia only around thirty miles from downtown Moscow and the Kremlin. The state controlled Russian press is reporting the large blasts actually were a result of personnel failing to follow explosive safety procedures ...................... those darn cigarettes are a menace.

Wonder how comfortable Muscovites are feeling at the moment

One would hope its citizens would rise up, though law abiding doesn’t have anything to do with anything when dealing with invaders.
Nearly half of the population of Canada is foreign born or has one foreign parent it would likely be a small percentage of the population that committed acts of defiance. Probably more intune with the troubles than Vietnam. Only about 1 in twenty Canadians is a licensed gun owner.

Thankfully this is all hypothetical

A hockey fight of epic proportions!

I used to buy my gloves oversized 1- because I couldn’t stick handle anyway and 2- because they come off easier. Coach used to call me a forth line defensive alternate. @WAB didn’t you say onetime you’ve got damage to the bones in your hand from dropping the gloves as a youth?

LOL..!

I would like to know what exactly experience or qualifications you feel you have that makes you any kind of authority on what "most" Americans know or think about the state of the world outside our borders? Are you some sort of ambassador to the U.S.?

I consider myself pretty well traveled, as are many other Americans on this site, and it has been my personal experience that it's actually the Europeans that are clueless as to what "most" Americans know, think, and feel... In all of my recent travels (since Trump's first term until today) Europeans have a profoundly perverted view of America via their own country's propaganda... In all fairness, it's not just Europeans, but almost all outside of the U.S. who are ruled by socialist governments with left-leaning media are ignorant of these realities...

I have found that most, if not all of my overseas neighbors that I have encountered have a caricature ideology of Trump and his supporters which has been happily provided for them by the far-left media's narrative that is far worse in Europe than in the U.S., if that is even possible... Even the Europeans and other foreign visitors that do come here are most often visiting the deepest blue locations of this country. Any foreigner visiting New York, California, or any of the New England and Pacific Northwestern states cannot say they have truly experienced Americana or know the real American people... Therefore, they have no actual idea of what the majority of most Americans think or feel.

Putting my own "America First" feelings aside, I think you would be pleasantly surprised to find that most Americans (at least those outside of the far-left) are the most unselfish and benevolent people on this planet who care deeply what happens outside our borders even though the rest of the world continues to shit on us at every opportunity...
Well you hit the nail on the head with regard to benevolence. There is no country in the world more benevolent--and I mean the average citizens, not the government. It's not even close. (another way of saying that compared to us, the rest are stingy, while only pretending to care)

In other immigration news..... What are 2 Mexican nationals doing with 180K rounds of ammo?

Apparently these 2 men flew from Mexico to Denver then rented a van and got pulled over for not dimming their high beams; and in true Mexican fashion they had 8,800lbs of ammo stacked in a GMC 2500 cargo van which has a cargo weight capacity of 3,000lbs!

So if they flew in where did they get all that ammunition from?.....

Supposedly they flew to Denver and bought a van and then drove to SLC to buy ammo there. Then headed back to Pueblo. Not sure why they would drive through Canon City unless they were taking the smaller highways instead of Interstate highways (Freeways). I would think the ammo seller in Salt Lake City is getting a rectal exam like no other!

Oh, we feel great - the weather is great, it's never been like this at this time of the year, everything is blooming. I spend a lot of time at the "dacha", 50 km from Moscow, just in that direction. I didn't feel anything particularly scary.
Unfortunately, such things happen, and they happened before the war. When there are a lot of old weapons in open areas, this is inevitable. Maybe it's a diversion, or maybe it's a violation of disposal regulations.

Hopefully they find out where the ammo was going. Staying here in the US and used in a future attack on large public events across the country. Cached ammo at many locations around the country for D day. ( we most likely won’t hear the truth)

Or if it was headed back across the southern border for the cartel. 100,000 rounds of AR10 and AK ammo in the hands of 50 guys could do alot of damage firing their way into any large stadium events.

No swat team could handle such an event. There would be thousands killed. Times however many locations were hit simultaneously.

Sorry, I was a Cub Scout. I always think of W.C.S. and try to plan accordingly

You probably have little idea how many people are willing to hand over their mother to a meat processing plant for American citizenship, so in this hypothetical situation, I would not expect something apocalyptic. I judge by the emigrants I know who were forced to settle in Canada, even though their destination was the United States (may Canadians forgive me). And it seems that Canadians often travel to the United States on a work visa, and not vice versa.

you obviously know little or nothing about canada , but I’m sure Afghanistan and Ukraine make a Russian an expert on assimilating cultures. How’d it work out for you guys anyway?

So Mexicans can just go in and buy as much ammunition as they want.....dont have to be an American citizen to buy ammo?.....

No real ID check to buy ammo. Just be an adult. And you can buy as much as your wallet will allow.

Not sure your price range. Have a 375 H&H with a muzzle brake. Nice rifle only fired a few times. Also a Mossberg 375 Ruger its been used and shows a few hunts on it.
Two African Safaris Hunted South Africa both times,
9 game animals taken
