At the risk of sounding racist how could tell? Pretty easy to dress them in burkas and walk them in with regular “parishioners”. Not sure what the proper word is for a group of muslims at worship parishioners is probably not right but the best I could come up with congregation maybe?

……we interrupt the current political argument for this important message… this just in from the home page it appears as though the scammer has got new materials. Sources close to AH say the crypto guys wife has started cheating on him and he found out by hacking her digital devices. We are unsure at this time if the cheating took place at one of the collages covered in Chinese brochures. Quite possible…. We know the cartels have been ferrying terrorists over the border with the immigrant hoards.

However I believe the cartels are smart enough to not directly participate in the attack; but I’d bet they are more than willing to provide arms to the attackers who they smuggled in.

An article I was reading recently said the the u.s. military could capture Canada in as little as five weeks, it then went on to say the u.s. could then expect as much as two decades of domestic terrorism and sabotage, terrorism and sabotage would be worsened because not only would you have acts carried out by extremists but also as opportunities presented themselves by otherwise law abiding citizens.
