Has anybody seen the Gun Safe issue sharing Codes with the FBI?
this is just one of many ie, however, (Privacy Issue)

I dont think this is very wise marketing and advertising policy by company! LOL

Somewhat longer clip than I usually post, but the first few minutes are instructive and something of a metaphor for the campaign thus far.

Considering the losses Russia has been taking, this is likely a company-level attack though of platoon (-) actual strength. The lack of training is staggering. This is essentially an armed mob attempting an approach against a recently seized position by Ukrainian troops. They are "attacking" over open ground while under observation with neither covering fire, tactical maneuver discipline, or any sort of apparent battle drill.

Ukrainian return fire consists of direct fire, mortars, and a few artillery rounds. It is notable there are apparently relatively few rounds available, but their relative accuracy is superb. That is a mortar round that lands in the shell hole hastily occupied by the five Russian troops. Direct rifle and machinegun fire seems to be aggressively sustained throughout. MG and rifle fire begins at the 2 min mark and if you look closely, you can see bullet strikes throughout the enemy "formation."

The translation is not always clear.

The Ukrainian advance in the south has forced the Russians to shift troops to try and contain it. Now the UA has begun an assault in the north that has apparently carried to the Donetsk airport. These reports are from Russian bloggers, the Ukrainian MOD has had no comment.

New Mexico governor suspends concealed, open carry in Albuquerque

Her order is slated to last for 30 days.

I fear that this is exactly how too many of the liberal politicians and unelected government officials view the US Constitution and other laws that not only govern our lives but both guaranty our freedoms and protect us. When a government official declares that the Rights guarantied by the Constitution are not ABSOLUTE (she also declared that her Oath of Office, in which she swore to uphold the Constitution, was not “absolute”), she has crossed the threshold from Governor to DICTATOR. Her action is in response to the results of the DEFUND THE POLICE movement and the completely foreseeable very significant rise in crime and especially violent crime in Albuquerque. Instead of addressing the problem, she has decided to use the suffering of the victims of this increase in crime to pursue her liberal agenda and “Virtue Signal” by suspending individual rights. The fact of the matter is that in 2020, over 21,000,000,000 firearms were LEGALLY purchased in the US. Over 32% of American citizens own at least one firearm and the average firearm owner owns five firearms. Discounting those illegally in this country, that means that over 82,000,000,000 citizens own a firearm. Anyone with 1/2 a functioning brain and who gives this issue 30 seconds of thought will realize that, if firearms were the problem, firearms owners would have all killed each other years ago. It is the extremely small number of illegally possessed forearms held by criminals that are the root of the firearm/violent crime problem. But for some reason, supporting the police and disarming the criminals is not the solution. Disarming the public is. Just remember that ALL the Dictators in history and ALL the repressive governments took, as their first steps to power, control of the press and elimination of the right to own firearms. The press is well over 75% controlled, firearms are next, then what?

We’ve reached the point where Dem politicians (mostly but not exclusively) enact rules they know are unconstitutional and will be struck down. They do this to placate their base and to be able to claim they DID SOMETHING. Actions that are later struck down are still actions. I’m for impeaching any politician that enacts a law that is later found unconstitutional. If they can’t control their impulses then make them private citizens.

A question for the US based lawyers:
Given that the 2nd amendment makes firearm possession a constitutional right, does US Title 18, sections 241 & 242 make actions such as that of the NM Gov criminal offenses? The structure of s242 is particularly convoluted with ultra long sentences with multiple commas thus making interpretation difficult for us lay people. On one reading the section only refers to deprivation of rights when based on race. On other reading it appears to apply to any deprivation of constitutional rights.

the question is...

will the citizens of NM elect her again the next time?

I sadly believe they will...

(and sincerely hope I am wrong)...
Blue State voters will vote for any sack of potatoes with a (D) next to the name.
Sheep voting for the wolves that eat them.

I believe that would not apply to her actions. But, I have not practiced in Federal Court in over 13 years.

Actually, the right to bear arms is a "God Given Right," the 2nd amendment prevents the Federal Government from infringing that right. Even though they infringe it all the time.

I am not a lawyer….
But please read the second amendment in its entirety….
Then please tell me what you believe constitutes a “well regulated militia” and how that covers concealed carry as a constitutional right….
And yes I don’t like her actions either….

She's in her second term now, so she has to at least sit the next one out.
She's probably looking for a cabinet post or just some national attention.

Sadly, NM went from purple to blue after W's first term.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
