Hi all . I'm looking for a good hunting experience on a limited budget. Does anyone know of any place near the gauteng region?Or anywhere else in south Africa. It would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
Hunting chef.

Welcome to AH!

There are many outfitters on here who would be willing to help you out. I can recommend one outfitter in the area you are asking about, Pieter at Paw Print Safaris is near the Gauteng area.

Best of luck in your search

Welcome to AH may all your African dreams come true here.

Welcome to AH, there are more then a few good guys on here that should be able to hook you up. What is on your list?

Welcome to AH. You've definitely come to the right place. Any number of the sponsors on this website should be able to offer you some great hunting opportunities at great prices.

There are some great deals out there right now, drop me an email and we can surely get something together for you.

I guess it depends on you definition of limited budget.... That said no matter what your budget is you will find something here that fits! Just keep an eye on the Deals forum and something will pop up.

Welcome!

Read the offers and check out the sponsors. You can find what you're looking for I'm sure. And @James Jeffrey - HuntingAgent.com is a great guy. Give him a holler too.

Hi Nyati..
Will be fishing the rio ebro in a couple of weeks, any hunting to be done while I'm there?

In June, Roe Deer would be your only opportunity.

Are you set on South Africa ? I am currently on my second visit to Namibia. We are enjoying it thoroughly.

Are you looking for a trophy hunt or a management hunt? Namibian trophy prices tend,IMHO,to be lower than SA.dont come looking for a cheap kudu though

A little bit more info on what you are looking for might help people advise you better.

Could you point me in the right direction to who, where and how I could get a hunt while I'm out there? Any info would be much appreciated.

The Ebro is a long river, in which locality are you hunting ?

You have the wrong person. I have no idea what you are talking about..

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
