Should we be worried about our hunting rights? I live in a country where you can only hunt exotic animals.
I read a new about most people in Victoria Australia being in favor of ban duck shooting. Is this the same for other places? Are there big lobbying groups against hunting?
Should we be worried?

I am not a fan of too much Government intrusion, but I would really love to see the Feds kneel on the throats of the big tech, and social media giants.

I just received another 30 day ban, for calling someone on FB a liar, for trying to spread disinformation.

A Liberal woman posted, that she hoped me and my family would all die from Covid19. Facebook stated that her comment did not violate the community standards.

I got suspended from AR (for ever) because I asked a question that the guy in charge considered racist. there were a few people that posted with which I had beneficial dialogue, so I miss the input, but I can still see what the guys are saying. What did I ask? After George Bush 41 died several countries lowered their flags to half-staff. About that time, Obama made a trip to the village of his father in Kenya. I asked if when Obama goes to his reward if Kenya would be one of the countries honoring him by lowering their flag to half-staff. That's it, the moderator didn't explain which part of the question was racist. No appeal. so now I spend more time on this site.

If you think Facebook is bad, go to Twitter. FB is pretty sanctimonious and I feel too many people talk big shit about things they know nothing about but the sheer toxicity of Twitter is horrific thanks to the fact that so many of Tumblr's users moved there thanks to the latter's porn ban.

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yahoo, Zoom, Tumblr and others---I don't get out very much because Google is the only one that I use, and I see that there are other access points to the Internet such as SwissCows and StartPage. So I may be adding Google to my list of "avoid at all costs", which presently include Amazon and any company that calls me on the phone with a recorded message. By not even knowing what those listed offer, I don't know what I'm missing, but I do know what I'm not giving up.

I don't really use FB for social interaction. It's my political pages on FB, that they don't like. All I have to do is sneeze, and FB bans me for 30 days. Over 300 days of total FB jail sentences and counting. The algorithms monitor the words I use, and where I post them.

It is a totally biased social media platform.

I use FB to keep in touch with friends that post and use FB messenger as a primary social media communication platform.

So far, I have been warned twice about sharing partially false information. I was sharing/quoting the same information MSM news was reporting.

Guess FB is also calling MSM news false media/news.

So last night BLM led vandals pillaged Chicago's Magnificent Mile in supposed outrage over a police shooting. Shots were exchanged with the police. Fortunately, to quote @Saul, 90% of Chicago is free from such outrages ............ Looking forward to Mayor Lightfoot's latest twist of logic blaming Chicago's accelerating crime and violence spiral on the lack of meaningful gun control.

Fortunately, there nothing quite like a new Coach bag, flat screen TV, or trendy outfit from Nordstroms to help mitigate the outrage over some armed criminal thug being shot by a evil policeman.

And afterall, Christmas is just around the corner.

None of this will change in any of these cities until the paternalistic, safe upper middle class urban voters emoting over perceived social injustice realize the thugs are coming for them and their stuff as well.
