considering there are 3 carrier battle groups already involved in Iran, and each of those battle groups have 3 AB destroyers (a total of 9 are already in theater).. and there are two MEU inbound, each of which have an AB destroyer with them…

There will be 11 AB destroyers in theater with days.. as well as several larger cruisers that are armed with similar weapons systems…

It seems to me the calculation is already made and the decision associated is already made..

We have the assets in theater to secure OUR interests…
With all those assets and you still cannot open the Straight of Hormus?

We arent discussing probable vs possible. We are discussing that there is an issue. We are debating the size of the issue and whether it requires remediation. You say no until it changes the outcome of an election.

I think we also need to define fraud, if someone is not required to show ID and they vote, how do you retroactively prove that someone isnt who they said there weren't any guard rails in the process.

Much like ballot harvesting, it is legal, then no laws are broken. Doesn't make it the best system to ensure election integrity.
Show me one election or even a court case where fraud has impacted the outcome of a US election . I say there isn't a problem you say there is where is concrete evidence of what you claim?

We are talking past each other, I am saying there has been credible claims of fraud, you are saying they haven't been proven to impact the outcome of a US election.

Both can be true at the same time, but waiting till it officially impacts an election to take action is silly.

He’s hardly begging the Europeans for help he’s setting himself up so that he can say fuck Europe they can pay whatever it takes for oil they wouldn’t contribute to securing their own supply. He literally gives zero fucks what the rest of the world thinks about him hell he gives zero fucks what half of America thinks of him. Europe and Canada not helping to secure the straight just plays into his hand of fuck them guys they won’t help themselves so why should I give them any breaks and his political base eats it up.

Begging for help would entail the U.S. military couldn’t do it on there own, if the U.S. military so desired there would be a Burger King in Irans capital in a matter of weeks. His asking for aid is an opportunity for Europe and select other countries to help themselves that they are squandering.
Tubby, can you tell me why Canada should help open the Strait (can we stop calling it a Straight?) of Hormuz?

Not even Trump has asked Canada to help with the Strait - probably because he knows Canada is a net exporter of oil and virtually none of the oil Canada does import (for convenience) comes through there. In fact, most of it comes from the US.

Would you rather go into trade talks with him next month as the dirty euro style liberals north of the boarder who rip the U.S. of on milk they tariff our milk 215000 percent it’s just terrible how they treat us. Our would you rather go as the neighbors to the north that despite the small size of there navy they escorted a lotta boat lotta boats got though because of them they really helped us out you know there good guys with there small boats.

Does anyone else find it odd that Europeans are crying bloody murder about potentially being drawn into a war “started by America” like the whole 20th century never happened?

I find it fascinating that we have 20 or so pages of intelligent people arguing with morons.

I think there are more than twenty pages, but have not taken the time to count.

Claims are not proof - show me evidence that fraud occurred and is more than hearsay. I say there is no proof and you can prove me wrong. Some people believe in Bigfoot that does not make it real. Show evidence that has been proven in a court of law.

The 9 year old boy in me believes in bigfoot. Though often, I must sequester and condemn my adult brain for thinking otherwise.

The former. It’s about time we gave up on dairy supply management.

I’ve got and eight or so our steam in from browns bank makes cheap entertainment.

Why would we? If the rest of the world isn’t interested… why bother?

Gas prices are higher here… but oil is already coming down…

And Iran has already announced today that it won’t attack ships that aren’t engaged in the attack on Iran…

So… trust the Iranians…

Or don’t trust them…

I disagree it’s one of the few things we got right, you currently subsidize the dairy industry as much or as little as you want to depending on the amount of product you buy. The American system is directly propped up by government subsidies so regardless of the amount of products you use you’ll pay the same amount of subsidies through taxes. Unless you’d rather just completely hang the Canadian dairy farmers out to dry and have American dairies absorb all of the market.

Not to mention the quota system was forced onto Canadian dairy farmers by the government so to remove it they would potentially owe farmers for all the years they have strangled there business. Or the amount of debt leveraged against the value of quota in equipment loans ect that you would be removing the securities for. Its good to have radical ideas but it helps to consider the logistics of implementing them.

Exactly why I stopped…

Proof positive that the Democrat Left is an absolute fraud. You sir, and others like you, don't care about the poor or needy or anything else, you simply want power, and you don't care who gets crushed in the process.

And that's exactly why we voted for him.

See my note above about Democrats and how little they care about the poor.

Oh to the contrary, this war is not only necessary, but 47 years overdue.

Again, quite the contrary, the economy does very well under Republican leadership.

Caused by Democrat malfeasance in the prior administration.
"you don't care who gets crushed in the process"...like the 250,000+ federal employees Trump illegally fired? The right didn't seem to give a shit about them. In fact, I remember quite a few right-wing celebrations when it happened.

It's not about power, its about accountability. Actions have consequences. People voted for Trump and now they are hurting, well that's too bad. They made their beds. Net farm income was double under Biden than what is was under the first Trump admin. And now the farmers are hurting and going bankrupt...they voted almost 80% for Trump, and now they realize that was a mistake. They knew what they voted for and now they have to accept the consequences of it. Just like every American paying $5 for gas that voted for Trump. Or every rural trump voter that loses their Medicaid, or when their rural hospital closes due to gov budget cuts.

It's time to pay the piper. I'm tired of Democrats insulating republican voters from the consequences of their own actions. Republicans have buried this country in debt from their tax cut for the rich. Social Security and Medicare will be insolvent in 6 years bc Jeff Bezos needed another mega yacht, time for some deep social welfare cuts.

Yes because it is all Trumps fault. That's the republican standard you demanded under Joe Biden. Everything bad that happened in the world during the Biden admin was his fault, so that's the same standard that the dems are enforcing now. Unless of course you're a hypocrite and demanding a double standard.

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
