Facts don't care about your feelings.
Clearly presenting easily obtainable facts will not influence you.
Palestinians have used the relief money sent to them from other countries to contrust tunnels where they hide the pipe also bought with relief money That piping is then used to build rockets to shoot into Israel.
Palestinians warriors hide in schools, hospitals, and otherwise peaceful neighborhoods where they launch their Israeli killing rockets. Unfortunately, that makes those places legitimate targets.
Why do NO other middle eastern countries accept Palestinian refugees? Perhaps because they are not only refugees, but they are warriors waiting to take over whatever country that accepts them.
Hopefully the U.S. government does not get bogged down in regime change. While that always seems to be the best path at the time. It rarely pans out in the long run. The CIA and British intelligence started the 1953 Coup in Iran and placed its puppet to give the West control of Iran’s Oil industry.
Then the 1979 revolution (“No Kings”) and we got religious zealots replacing the thug Shah.
The other Arab monarchy, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt Etc. Were concerned this Shia rule would topple their monarchy so all aligned with the West to keep the Ayatollah’s from spreading Shia rule.
So better to temporarily de fang Iran and help Iranians take the country back from within.
I am confident that the U.S. Arab allies in the region have a vote in when the U.S. decides to call it a victory and ends the kinetic operations.

Seems like he has made at least one statement backing the action. I think his initial reaction is naturally to oppose it but he’s smart enough to analyze the intelligence and react accordingly.
"The Barbary Wars were a series of two wars fought by the United States, Sweden, and the Kingdom of Sicily against the Barbary states (including Tunis, Algiers, and Tripoli) and Morocco of North Africa in the early 19th century. Sweden had been at war with the Tripolitans since 1800 and was joined by the newly independent United States. The First Barbary War extended from 10 May 1801 to 10 June 1805, with the Second Barbary War lasting only three days, ending on 19 June 1815. The Barbary Wars were the first major American wars fought entirely outside the New World, and in the Arab World.
The wars were largely a reaction to piracy by the Barbary states. Since the 16th century, North African pirates had captured ships and even raided European coastal areas across the Mediterranean Sea. Originally starting out with the goal of capturing individuals for the domestic North African slave trade, the focus later shifted to kidnapping for ransom. By the 19th century, pirate activity had declined, but Barbary pirates continued to demand tribute from American merchant vessels in the Mediterranean. Refusal to pay would result in the capture of American ships and goods, and often the enslavement or ransoming of crew members.
After Thomas Jefferson became president of the U.S. in March 1801, he sent a U.S. Navy fleet to the Mediterranean to combat the Barbary pirates. The fleet bombarded numerous fortified cities in present-day Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria, ultimately extracting concessions of safe conduct from the Barbary states and ending the first war.
During the War of 1812, with the encouragement of the United Kingdom, the Barbary corsairs resumed their attacks on American vessels. Following the conclusion of the War of 1812 and America's peace with Britain, James Madison, Jefferson's successor, directed military forces against the Barbary states in the Second Barbary War. Lasting only three days, the second conflict ended the need for further tribute from the United States, granted the U.S. full shipping rights in the Mediterranean Sea, and significantly reduced incidents of piracy in the region."
Exactly 237 years ago today, on March 28, 1786, two of America's founding fathers documented the United States' first exposure to Islamic jihad in an important letter to Congress. One year earlier, in 1785, Muslim pirates from North Africa, or
The Barbary Wars began in 1801 when Jefferson and the Barbary pirates had a confrontation about activity in the Mediterranean. Read about the Barbary Wars.
Jefferson's Inquiry on American Slavery by Barbary Pirates
Context of the Inquiry
Thomas Jefferson, during his time as the U.S. ambassador to France in 1786, confronted the issue of American ships being attacked by Barbary pirates. These pirates, operating from North African states, captured American sailors and enslaved them.
The Response from the Barbary States
When Jefferson asked the ambassador from Tripoli why they enslaved Americans, he received a direct answer rooted in religious justification. The ambassador stated that it was "founded on the Laws of their Prophet," indicating that their actions were based on interpretations of the Quran. This response highlighted the belief that nations not acknowledging their authority were considered sinners, justifying their right to wage war and enslave captives.
Implications of Jefferson's Encounter
Jefferson's inquiry and the subsequent response underscored the complex relationship between the United States and the Barbary states. It also marked the beginning of America's struggle against piracy and the need to protect its shipping interests, leading to military actions in the early 19th century.
If you want to see into the future of this current Iran dust up. Listen or read between the lines on what Pakistan and Saudi leaders say behind closed doors.
Pakistan is Saudi Arabia‘s pitbull kept on a chain. When Russia invaded Afghanistan, the US deferred to Pakistani leadership on who to back against Russia.
I’m confident we’re doing the same thing with regards to Iran now. Saudi Monarchy tells Pakistan what to think. And both tell the U.S. what they will tolerate and would like to see happen. Israel has less real influence than Saudi Arabia.
A Sikh restaurant owner has had Pakistani Muslim men surrounding his business yelling death and rape threats at his family for months, because he refuses to sell Halal meat.
The shop owner was arrested for saying he will defend himself and his family if attacked!

If you remember Osama bin Laden was sent to Afghanistan by Saudi Arabia (with the blessing of the U.S. ) to build ammo dumps in the mountains of Tora Bora. He had those large caves built to store munitions used against Russia. Funded by the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
When Russia left Afghanistan the U.S. handed Afghanistan over to Pakistan and Saudi Wahhabi jihadists. Iran took advantage of this error and drove a wedge between Saudi Arabia and Bin Laden.
So it’s best we stay out of selecting our new Iranian “Friends” when the current regime is toppled.
If you look at the numbers presented the ratio of civilian to militant deaths in Gaza closely follows the German civilian to soldier death ratio in WW2. Just need to accept the fact that war isn’t pretty
Complaining about Israel unintentionally killing civilians while trying to kill terrorists is pretty pointless. Everyone knows about the leaflet drops and mass texts at this point. Israel does everything in their power to avoid killing civilians. @Pondoro

I believe this is the least sensible argument that the liberal elite, and tools of HAMAS, and now Iranian propogandists make in response to the October 17 atrocities. That Hosea fellow once noted that to sow the wind is to reap the whirlwind. Certainly Hamas did that when it killed, raped and kidnapped the equivalent of 50,000 people in this country (CSIS ref).
If I may make a couple of fairly recent historical comparisons. In 1939 - 1941 while Germany was in its ascendency, its bombers tore the heart out of London, Rotterdam, Warsaw and other European cities. In the UK, 43,500 civilians died during this period. By the end of the war, the allied bombing campaign (and primarily RAF fire bombing of German cities) had killed at least 300,000 German civilians, and perhaps as many 500,000. At Pearl Harbor and in the Philippines in 1941, the Japanese killed over 3000 American servicemen and civilians. The ruthless behavior with respect to civilians in places such as Nanking was repeated across the Southwest Pacific as non-combatant Westerners were raped, tortured, and murdered whenever found by their advancing forces. By 1945, US B-29's were ranging over the Japanese homeland reigning unimaginable destruction. On the night of 9-10 March alone, an American raid killed 100,000, mainly civilians, in Tokyo.
I would suggest both Germany and Japan emerged from that horrific cauldron far more trustworthy members of the community of nations. One can only pray the lesson Israel provided HAMAS this time will do the same for Palestinian people.
I see where Trump says Paxton is electable, he likes both men a lot, and Talarico is 'weak'.
Sounds to me like Thune and company's admonishments to back Cornyn have not gotten through yet. Not sure I agree with the POTUS on Paxton or his assessment of Talarico.
Trump calls for international warships to secure Strait of Hormuz as Iran allegedly threatens global oil shipping routes from the Middle East region.

The US Navy is by far the most powerful surface navy in the world..and now Trump is pleading for other navies to join the party..? In addition to that you claim 100% air superiority..?
First he starts a war and when it suits him he wants to drag in allies in harms way and push cost on them..?
Maybe the truth is dawning now..this was not so easy eh..?
