I have no sympathy for those people. As John Wayne said in the movie The Fighting Seabees, "Life's tough but it's tougher if you're stupid." To me they made a stupid decision. Should have checked it out first. They didn't, so live with it. On the bright side that's a couple more libturds not cluttering up our landscape.

Don't blame Bass Reeves at all.

A true story. Last few months of his life my father had a bit of dementia. One day I got a call from him. He said: "Leave your woman, leave your dog and come and take over the family business or no inheritance."

My reply: I can leave my woman, but nowhere in hell I am leaving my dog." People that are aware of it (he had bunch of people around his hospital bed) still laugh about it to this day.

I right there with you. My grandfather used to always tell me that the dogs and cows never bitch or complain and they are always happy to see you.

I believe there is an old joke about having a good horse, a good dog and a good woman, but the old man is still searching for the good woman.

He also has a cautionary tale about witnessing his father’s murder by his father’s number 5 wife because his father was fooling around with future number 6 wife. Shotgun to the face. My salesman was 12 at the time and had to testify at the murder trial. He is a great guy, but never learned from his father’s mistakes and I would never trust him around any woman. We always wander and joke which number will get him.

I know you have mentioned that you are a few marriages in.

Well, I think I am done. Current partner is the most loving and caring person I have been with. Not to mention, she is in even better shape than she was when we met. In addition to paddle boarding, yoga, surfing etc., she also does resistance training 3 times a week with our trainer that comes to our home. She knows I have a weakness for tall, athletic blondes and does her best to make sure she is the one.

Im sorta glad they’re not going to be there..

I’ve grown tired of their theatrics… everything from all of the D women wearing white because that’s supposed to make us focus on reproductive rights to Pelosi on a drunken bender ripping up the speech.. to refusing to stand or cheer for a child cancer patient because he likes Trump.. to the heckling and jeering during the speech… etc…

If they collectively can’t do any better than act like petulant children, I’d prefer they go do their own thing somewhere else..

It’s not like the State of the Union is for Congress… those assclowns know better than anyone else what is happening in DC…

It’s for the American people…

If they can’t behave respectfully for even just a couple of hours so that the American people can have a SOU address… well.. frankly… fuck them… they don’t deserve the office they hold.. they clearly don’t give a shit about the American people at all…
