The docs were not there legally, been getting moved around in a whack a mole manner since before the last election.

Check the timeline to see what the deal is. Prior to the 2022 election the Demos thought they were going to suffer significant losses so had "circled the wagons" around Biden & the Executive branch. Following the election the Demos considered it a major win to have a significant minority in the house and a complete majority in the Senate. But Biden saw this as a referendum on his position as president and made the decision to run for a second term. the string pullers of the Demos know that Biden would certainly lose a 2024 election even with all of their efforts. So the only solution is to get a different candidate- so they are in Operation Scuttle Biden. The only question now is who will the Demos run as a candidate. the democratic way would be for Biden to decline to run and open the field to the primary process. This means the string pullers would have to work to get their choice & likely would prefer to have a sitting president seek election. It is not likely that Harris is their choice, so look for harris to resign; Biden to appoint the "favorite" as Vice, then resign, making the favorite president and able to seek election.
