OK Boys, let’s play a little trivia!

"I am serious and don't call me Shirley"

@Wishfulthinker580, correct. One of my favorite John Wayne movies. I think it gets overlooked a little bit but I really enjoy it. I think maybe because I remember watching it with my Grandpa when I was a boy
100% agree. I really like the turn of the century feel to it. And the fact that his sons play his sons. And Maureen O’Hara was in it. And that that white character actor who was always in his movies played the Indian. Great stuff.

When you call me that, smile….

Airplane. Leslie Nielson to Abdul Jabar(?).

Lloyd Bridges was my favorite:
Wrong day to quit: smoking, sniffing glue, doing barbiturates, etc, etc.

Richard Boone made one hell of a bad guy.

Where did you ever find that ? I’d love to have

A friend found out that Navy Arms was making reproductions in the late '90's

I had an FFL at the time, and was able to order one.

I guess they completely discontinued them a couple of years later, and I was able to pick up 2 extra harpoons from eBay...

If anyone knows where I can get an original Greener, please PM me!

Richard Boone and Jack Palance were great about causing twist in their movies as they played: good guys, bad guys, good guys that are actually bad guys, or bad guys that are actually good guys.

IMO, Another underrated all around actor was Jack Elam.

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
